I have been extremely qualified with the service at Crippen from the time I bought my Mazda in 2007 to the present.  The Mazda service person (Tom) has been exceptional in his service adivice, recommendations and courtesy.  I have never in all my adult life (40+ years) had such quality car dealership experience.


Our salesman Scott Sterle was awesome.  We went to several other dealerships prior to Crippen and were treated with shall we say "indifference" by the salesmen - Scott was fantastic, he actually listened to what we were looking for and gave us several options.  We have already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so.  We love our new vehicle!

We had never been to Crippen prior to this purchase. I have never been so thoroughly impressed and satisfied with an automobile dealership. We were treated with complete professionalism through each step of the process. At 10pm, upon hearing the news that the Cash for Clunkers program may be out of money, our salesman and finance manager actually came back into the office that evening and worked until 2am to get the Cash for Clunkers paperwork completed so we would be guarenteed approval from the program. I was SO IMPRESSED! i have told so many friends and family members about our experience at Crippen. We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else from now on!
